Country Manager: Ghana
Location: Ghana

We’re looking for a Country Manager to lead our growth in Ghana, working closely with the founders.
What you’ll do
- Find businesses that could use Inttegro and help them get started.
- Build strong relationships with customers and local partners.
- Set sales goals and take ownership of reaching them.
- Learn what customers need and help us improve.
- Manage daily operations and build a local team as we grow.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in sales, business development, or running a business.
- A good understanding of the Ghanaian market.
- Someone who communicates clearly and builds trust.
- The drive to take action, solve problems, and see things through.
- Experience in payments or commerce is helpful, but not required.
Compensation
Compensation can be cash, equity (a stake in the company), or a mix of both. We’ll discuss the options with you during the hiring process.
